Rave records, playbacks, edits, conforms and converts both single and multiple (3D) uncompressed and compressed streams. Rave comes in all shapes and sizes and can be used in various parts of your workflow depending on your need.

SpectSoft Introduces Rex
REX is SpectSofts new standalone Media Indexer that automatically retrieves file information and puts it in a database. Files can be moved, deleted or added and REX is able to sniff out the changes and make the necessary changes to the database. No longer do you need to hunt through your systems to find files, let REX do it automatically.
REX is the brains that allows you to locate and conform material very easy. Here are a few specs:
* Supports image sequences
* Can fetch information from directories and all folders within the directory
* Passes all information to the database as XML
* Can be installed on any Linux system
* Ships standard with Rave
